The most popular trek begins in Bari Village and takes 4 hours to ascend. The trail is lengthy and easy. On this trail, there are a number of ladders to climb. A shrine dedicated to the goddess Kalsubai is located on a small plateau near the peak's summit. According to local history, a young woman who was employed as a maid at a local landowner's home became irate over some work that was requested, climbed the mountain, and settled here. It is thought that she is the source of the mountain's name.
