Naldurg is a castle in Dharashiv District of Maharashtra. It is one the biggest castles which is built on the plains. The fortification is more than 3 kilometres in length and there are 114 bastions. There are many historic buildings and artifacts in the fort.

The fort also has a twin named Ranmandal which was built to provide protection to the main castle of Naldurg.

It is believed that the fort was constructed during Chalukya era. In the later period it was under Bahamani rule until 1480 AD when Adilshahi of Vijayapura gained the control of the fort. Thus, one can see influence of Muslim Style on the overall architecture of the fort. Aurangzeb won conquest and handed over the fort to Nizams of Hyderabad.
