The valley is magnificent is a feat for the eyes. The gorge gates narrow and boulders get bigger as are proceeds in the valley. At one point the only way to go ahead is rappelling. It takes about 7 to 8 hours of trekking to get in and out of Valley of Shadows The trek to valley is definitely challenging and requires high level of endurance. This trek is a must for all adventurous people.
